"His commitment to our foundation and his expertise will undoubtedly make a positive contribution to our goals and projects," says Executive Director Beate Lippelt.
We are convinced that Christoph Kahl is a valuable addition to our board of directors and look forward to working with him.
Christoph Kahl studied business administration at the University of Cologne. In 1983, he founded Jamestown L.P., based in Atlanta, USA. Jamestown US-Immobilien GmbH, also founded by him and headquartered in Cologne, served more than 60,000 German private investors and raised capital for U.S. real estate funds. At the end of 2022, Christoph and Ute Kahl sold 50 percent of their shares in the Jamestown Group and remain shareholders with a 25 percent stake.
Christoph and Ute Kahl have been actively involved in the Cologne University Foundation since its founding, particularly in support of the construction of the InnoDom Cologne.
