If you name the foundation in your will as an heir or co-heir to a community of heirs, we will assume your legal succession, including all rights and obligations. If, on the other hand, you wish to leave us only a specific asset, this is considered a bequest. Eligible assets include cash, real estate, or securities, as well as rights of use or life insurance policies.
