The InnoDom Cologne was honored with the “Exemplary Building NRW 2025” award. The building offers startups and student entrepreneurs a space to work, tinker, and exchange ideas.
The “Exemplary Building NRW” award is presented every five years by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Local Government, Construction, and Digitalization of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia in collaboration with the North Rhine-Westphalia Chamber of Architects. It recognizes buildings that excel in terms of design, environmental sustainability, economic efficiency, and social impact.
The planning and design were carried out in close collaboration with the future users. Through workshops, a spatial concept was developed that includes open workspaces, private offices, creative “LIKE IT” rooms, and attractive outdoor areas.
