Specialist attorney Ralf Mangold briefed the large audience on the most important aspects of inheritance, bequests, and will drafting. The presentation focused in particular on topics such as the order of succession, inheritance tax, and specific options for drafting wills.
The guests’ widespread interest demonstrated how important it is to engage thoroughly with the topics of inheritance and bequests. Many participants were particularly interested in how inheritance tax works and how individual wishes can be legally enshrined in a will.
